Overview: Jack Sadelstein (Adam Sandler) lebt als erfolgreicher Werbefachmann mit seiner hübschen Frau (Katie Holmes) und den Kindern in Los Angeles. Vor nichts graut ihm mehr als vor dem alljährlichen Besuch seiner Zwillingsschwester Jill (ebenfalls Adam Sandler). Jills hilflose und unterschwellig aggressive Art treiben Jack in den Wahnsinn und sie stellt sein sonst so friedlich verlaufendes Leben gründlich auf den Kopf. Endgültig verzweifelt scheint Jack, als Jill ihren Aufenthalt verlängert und er nicht mehr daran glaubt, dass sie je wieder abreist!
